Show your process: research → wireframes → prototypes → testing → shipped. Recruiters want to see how you think, not just final visuals.

Include tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Framer, ProtoPie, Miro, and any design system experience.

Mention collaboration: 'Partnered with PM and 4 engineers to ship a design system used across 3 product lines.'

Show business fluency: 'Improved user satisfaction (CSAT) from 72 to 84 through UX research-driven redesigns.'

Keep the resume clean and visual but ATS-safe: a single-column layout, standard fonts, and no critical info inside images.
